How do i charge My ChicGlo?

ChicGlo uses USB charging with the charging port located at the bottom of the wand. Charge it for 2 hours using a 5V adapter or a computer USB port.

Can ChicGlo get wet or can I bring it into the shower?

No, your Bruadar ChicGlo cannot get wet and it cannot be exposed to water or brought into the shower or bath.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free domestic expedited 2-3 day shipping on orders over $30 anywhere within the United States. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate of just $10 applies.

How quickly do you ship?

We usually ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days, but we aim to ship orders within 1 business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund. Please note that refunds are processed after your return has been received. Once your returned order is received and processed, you can expect a refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original method of payment.

The returned items must be in working condition with no wear and tear. Topicals are eligible for physical return if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We can only process returns for products sold on the Bruadar website. For international orders: Orders with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are not covered by Bruadar.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a warranty for all our products to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. Our devices come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of your original purchase. If your device experiences any issues due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it free of charge.

Please note that our warranty does not cover devices damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration, nor does it cover use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed. Additionally, connecting to incorrect current and voltage is not covered by the warranty.

To avail of the warranty, you'll need to provide proof of purchase, such as a retail store receipt or your order number from our website. Warranty replacements are processed after we receive the defective items.
